Meet our amazing staff!
Heather Courtney, Director
"Hello! I am Heather Courtney and I am blessed beyond measure to get to interact with children every single day of my life. I have been doing so for as long as I can remember. My grandmother had a daycare in our home, my other grandmother was involved in the early primaries in our church, and I helped both of my grandmothers until I was of a decent age to take over their roles. I am actively the lead teacher of my class at Southland Baptist Temple and have been since I was 16 years old. I have been a nanny to many children in Paducah and in the Moberly, MO area. I attended Central Christian College of the Bible where I obtained my Bachelors in Elementary Education and later my Masters in Early Childhood Education.
If you ever ask me, I will explain that I am eternally 5 years old! I love working with little people. They are the most genuine humans you'll ever meet, and there is something about unlocking a child's imagination and watching them grow into amazing young adults.
I LOVE MY JOB! I am greatly appreciative of you, as a parent, allowing us to spend time with your kiddos! They truly are the reason I wake up every single day! I hope you know that when you leave them in our care, that we care for them as if they are our own.

"My name is Kelli Childress, I have had the honor of being a Concord parent and now employee! Before coming to Concord, I worked as a preschool teacher for many years. I love getting the opportunity to help train children. I love watching them discover new things. During the school day you can find me in kindergarten. I get to work with young minds and watch them discover things about themselves they didn't even know they were capable of doing yet. It is my privilege to come to work every day and take care of your most prized possessions, and thank you for allowing me to do so.

"I am a mother of an 8, 11, and almost 14 year old. I have had a child in Concord Elementary school for the past eight years. This is my second year at Concord Academy. I love creating new and exciting art projects for your children. I have learned so much from each child that attends, as I hope they have learned from me! I am looking forward to working with your children!"

Hi my name is Audrey LeNeave. I am a soon to be sophomore at WKCTC. And I am majoring in Early Childhood Education.
Skylar Nunley
Mr. Skylar is currently working towards his Elementary Education degree as well! He is a wonderful addition to our crew.
Sierra English
"Hello, my name is Sierra English. I am 18 years old and I'm a senior at McCracken County High School. I have played 4 years of varsity volleyball at McCracken County & 1 year at Lone Oak High School. I coach a travel volleyball team at the Plex. I will be attending WKCTC this fall where I will be working towards becoming an elementary school teacher. I enjoy kids, hanging out with friends and family, and my dog!"
